How do I enter the car park where I have reserved a parking space?
To enter the car park, insert the credit or Maestro card that you specified in the reservation in the ticket slit at the entrance. If you enter the car park at the time specified in your reservation, the barrier will recognise your card and open allowing you to drive into the car park. Please don't forget to remove your credit or Maestro card again.
What if the car park sign says "full"?
If you have reserved a parking space, you can still use your selected method of payment (credit or Maestro card) to enter the car park. If you have reserved a parking space, we guarantee that there will be a vacant parking space for you even if the car park sign says "full".
Please use the separate signposted access road at departures level to enter car park P3.
Do I have to take a ticket too before I drive into the car park?
No, you only need your selected method of payment (credit or Maestro card). Your e-mail confirmation states the card that you specified when you made the reservation.
What if I want to drive into the car park before the reserved arrival time?
In the TERMINAL car parks, you can arrive up to 60 minutes earlier than the reserved arrival time. In the LONG TERM car parks, you can arrive up to 2 hours earlier.
Please remember that you have to use the card stated in the reservation to access the car park. If you press the button for a parking ticket at the entrance you cannot use your card to get out of the car park.
What happens if I'm delayed and I can't make it to the car park by the reserved arrival time?
If you have reserved a parking space in the TERMINAL car park, you can arrive up to 1 hour earlier or later than the reserved arrival time. If you are more than 1 hour late, your reservation is cancelled. In the LONG TERM car parks, your reservation remains valid for up to 2 hours before and after the reserved time, even if the "full" sign shows that the car park is full.
What happens if I take a parking ticket at the entrance?
You have to use the method of payment specified in your reservation (Maestro or credit card) to enter the car park. Otherwise, you cannot use the card to exit the car park. If you have taken a ticket by mistake, drive straight to the exit. You may have incurred a parking charge, which can be paid at the exit.
What do I do if I experience problems at the car park barrier?
There is a help button on all entrance and exit barriers which you can use to contact the parking control centre. It is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Explain your problem to the control centre staff.
How do I exit the car park where I have reserved a parking space?
To exit the car park, insert the method of payment that you specified in the reservation (credit card, Maestro card) in the ticket reader at the exit. The barrier will open and you can drive out. Please don?t forget to remove your credit or Maestro card again.
Do I have to go to the pay machine before I drive out?
No, there's no need to do that. You can go straight to your car and drive to the exit.
Does it matter if I leave my car in the car park for longer than the reserved time?
No because you pay a standard reservation charge of EUR 6 (EUR 8 for Premium Parking in car park P3) when you make your online reservation. However long you park for, the exact parking charge will be calculated when you drive out of the car park and automatically charged to your Maestro or credit card. You receive a receipt for this payment transaction at the exit barrier.
Exception: If you pay in advance, the additional parking time will be charged to you in accordance with the tariff list displayed at the exit barrier.
Is it enough to just use my Maestro or credit card at the exit?
No! The system needs an entry and exit confirmation in the form of the card that you used to enter the car park to process the parking transaction properly.
Can I enter and exit the car park more than once in the reserved parking period?
No. Your reservation only entitles you to enter and exit the car park once.
Can I get a reimbursement if I exit the car park earlier?
This question is irrelevant because you only pay a reservation charge in advance. Your parking charges are calculated according to your car park entry and exit times and charged to your Maestro or credit card when you exit the car park.
What are the advantages of early reservation?
The biggest advantage is obviously the fact that a parking space will definitely be held available for you in the car park of your choice. You don't have the stress of spending more time than anticipated driving around looking for a suitable parking space or taking a detour to another car park further away from the terminal. You also don't have to keep a parking ticket safe during your journey, nor do you have to go to the pay machine when you return or worry about having enough cash to pay for your parking ticket. Reserving a parking space is more convenient, saves you time and money and reduces your stress levels.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
You can reschedule your reservation once free of charge, but you cannot cancel it.
Can I reserve a specific parking space?
No, you can only reserve a parking space in your chosen car park. We guarantee that a parking space will be held available for you in this car park. Our internal parking guidance system takes you to the nearest vacant parking space.
Do I get an invoice for my reservation?
Yes, the confirmation e-mail has an invoice pertaining to your reservation in PDF format in the attachment. You will require Acrobat-Reader to read the invoice. It can be downloaded free of charge from the internet.
What happens if I forget my password?
In that case, you can use the "Forgotten your password?" function to have the password sent to the e-mail address that you registered in the system. We recommend that you change your password afterwards.
What happens if the credit or Maestro card that I selected as payment medium is no longer valid at the time of my journey?
The card that you have chosen as the payment medium has to be valid at least until the time when you leave the car park.
